Robert Steven Hignite

Robert Steven Hignite of Bedford passed away in his home on Jan. 12, 2012.
He was born in Washington County, Indiana, to James Robert and Mildred Hignite. His father and two sons,
Adam and Allen Hignite preceded him in death. He graduated from Shawswick High School in 1965. He was a member of
Jehovah's Witnesses and attended the Kingdom Hall in Bedford.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie.
They were married for 26 years. He is survived by one brother, James M. Hignite of Palm Bay, Fla.; and two sisters,
Constance D. Perry of Westfield and Nancy E. Fleck of Jasper. He is also survived by five children, Lori Thacker of Indianapolis,
Debbie Williams of Bedford, Laura Harrison, Del Williams and Chris Bjurstrom of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. He had 12 grandchildren
and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be at the Bedford Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 6264 Sandpit Road, Bedford at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
